Enjoy this gentle flowing exercise of Tai Chi known to improve balance, flexibility and core strength, ease mental and physical stress, and prevent falls. Taught by Gurney Bolster, MA DTR, the Spring Session begins April 12 and goes through June 4. Beginner Classes will be held on Mondays 6—7 pm or Thursday’s 3:15—4:15 pm.
