Enjoy this gentle flowing exercise of Tai Chi known to improve balance, flexibility and core strength, ease mental and physical stress, and prevent falls. Taught by Gurney Bolster, MA DTR, the Spring Session begins April 12 and goes through June 4. Beginner Classes will be held on Mondays 6—7 pm or Thursday’s 3:15—4:15 pm. Advanced classes (offered for those who have learned basic movements of Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis Form) will be held Monday’s 7:15 pm—8:15 pm or Thursday’s 2—3 pm. All classes are located at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church: 1066 Washington Road (corner Mayfair), Mt. Lebanon 15228. The cost of the 8 week, Thursday program is $40.
